  • In the case of ordering and paying using a credit card and approved payment platforms:

3. The customer has received the order from the shipping company and the customer wants to return, and the terms of the return policy of the Wasl Store apply to him. The customer is contacted to request a bank account to be refunded.

4. Please note that it may take between 7-30 business days from the date of the order for the amount to appear in your bank account once the payment is processed by the Finance Department.

  • In the event of an order and payment upon receipt:

1. The customer cancels the order after the order has been shipped: Access Store will be damaged for bearing the order shipping fees after canceling the order from the customer, which will cause a great loss to the store.

2. The customer canceled the order before the order was shipped: it has nothing to do with it.
